Job Description:
Community Health Centers, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time Call Center Supervisor for it's location in Winter Garden.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing call center staff. Responsibility to ensure their performance and that of their department is in accordance with established policies, procedures and expectations.
 
Job Requirements:

BA or AA degree preferred. Minimum requirement is some college.

Minimum of 3 years work experience in practice management, to include customer service and / or a call center supervisory position.

Able to generate, review, edit and distribute executive level reports.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish, Ability to work with other department Supervisors and Management staff.

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other programs. Experience with practice management and electronic health record software as applicable. Duties require professional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to type 30 wpm.

The ability to interpret and communicate as well as demonstrate mastery of related systems in a Call Center environment. Able to work flexible hours as needed.
